We Have A New Friend
Her name is "Etetant" (Elephant)
Many of you know that Ella has a blankie affectionately known as "Bear Bear". Bear Bear goes, well, everywhere! Yep, Bear Bear is in this picture too, held tight to her chest. But, Ella's needing a new friend lately. You see, we laid to rest a dear dear friend that has been hers since day one! Much to Ella's dismay and Mommy's delight, the paci has "broken" and is no more. So now we have Etetant... we need Etetant. Some mornings we just can't eat breakfast without her! Oh, girls can be so dramatic! But this Mama draws the line at lugging a huge hot pink elephant everywhere we go. So for now, Bear Bear, you are still invited but sorry Etetant, you must stay home.
Our Little Monkey
She's into licking her feet.
Yeah, it's cute in the bath tub but really gross when you see her stop and lick her dirty bare foot outside.
Ella was being naughty this evening and not taking her scolding from Daddy too seriously. (She was smiling during her punishment) Suddenly, she yells "MONKEY!!" and giggles hysterically. Fortunately for her it was cute and funny enough to get her out of trouble. This being tough stuff sure can be hard when you have such a cute little girlie!

8 Things I Missed This Winter
1. Dirty babies from head to toe
2. Nightly concerts from the neighbor. (He's the local band teacher and plays instruments on his drive. Ella loves to beebop along!)
3. Watching my flowers come up
4. Hearing the ice cream truck
5. Open windows
6. Chatting with neighbors we've barely seen all winter
7. Hearing and seeing children play outside
8. Hearing the birds sing
HELLO SPRING! I'M GLAD YOU'RE HERE!
What We've Been Up To
Here's a few pictures of what we've been doing lately. Mainly just enjoying this wonderful weather. Ella loves to be outside and often cries when it's time to go in. She is loving walking down to the lake and park to play and see the "guckies" (duckies). Of course she also loves playing with the dog whom she affectionately calls "Kees" (Keesha).

We went on a picnic with some special little friends. She's just a little out numbered. But sure loves Wade, Mason, and Wyatt and their mommies.
It was far past time to clean out the fridge. Ella is such a great helper ;)
