What We've Been Getting In To...

If you notice she's wearing the same jammies which means this all happend on the same day within a few minutes of bedtime. She's becoming quite a curious little monkey.

Couples Night Out

A few weekends ago some of our friends went out for dinner and then to play mini golf! It was so fun to be together without the kids. Here are so pics of our night.

It's Been Far Too Long

Well, dear readers, I've been away too long. Here's what's been happening around here.





Our baby girl turned 11 months old this week! I can't believe that in just a few weeks we'll celebrate her first birthday. I just love birthdays and have been planning hers for a long time. More posts to come on that!

Several of us friends get together 3-4 times a year to make freezer meals. It's always such a fun day and so great to have some meals to pull out and thaw. I am sad I forgot my apron that day.

Uncle Kevin was home to visit!! We all wish he was closer and got to see him more but we sure have fun when he comes home.

Last weekend we went up to the Chicago area to visit our dear friends Jason and Joy.

We both forgot to take pictures but we had a great time talking about ANYthing and EVERYthing, shopping at IKEA, eating, and watching movies. J and J are having a baby in October and so we wanted to get together before the baby came. We had a relaxing weekend away since we left Ella with grandparents. Thanks for the fun guys!

Yesterday

Oh how I love this girl! What a gift from God she is! I can not believe that she is 10 months old now. It was just yesterday I felt her kick for the first time. Just yesterday, we brought her home , our hearts overwhelmed with joy. Just yesterday, she smiled and cooed and laughed for the first time. Just yesterday... It's going too fast. My Mama-heart can't keep up. I'm trying to hold onto every moment with this precious girl because all too soon she'll be all grown up.
